Job Summary
The Senior Account Manager, Programmatic & ABM Platforms, will manage the day-to-day execution and performance of programmatic and ABM campaigns for key accounts. This role is suited for a detail-oriented, data-driven professional with hands-on expertise in programmatic advertising and account-based marketing within B2B environments. You will work closely with Account Directors and cross-functional teams, including strategy, planning, content, creative, and analytics, to deliver campaigns that exceed client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management
- Oversee the implementation and optimization of programmatic and ABM campaigns across DSPs, SSPs, and other platforms, including display, video, native, CTV, and mobile.
- Utilize ABM platforms (e.g., Demandbase, 6sense, Terminus) to develop targeted audience segments and deliver personalized marketing efforts for key accounts. Previous experience preferred, but not required.
- Monitor campaign performance and ensure adherence to agreed budgets, timelines, and KPIs.
Strategic Execution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop media plans that align with client business objectives.
- Implement advanced targeting tactics, including behavioral, contextual, and account-based targeting, to maximize campaign performance.
- Provide recommendations for campaign improvements based on data-driven insights and evolving client needs.
Client Communication
- Serve as the day-to-day contact for clients, delivering exceptional service and fostering trust in campaign execution.
- Conduct regular performance updates, including reporting and analysis, with actionable recommendations.
- Support the Account Director in identifying opportunities for account growth and presenting strategic media recommendations.
Collaboration & Team Support
- Work closely with Account Directors, media planners, and buyers to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
- Partner with creative and analytics teams to align messaging with audience profiles and performance metrics.
- Mentor junior team members, fostering skill development and ensuring quality work output.
Reporting & Optimization
- Analyze campaign performance metrics to deliver in-depth insights and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Prepare and present detailed post-campaign analyses, highlighting results, key learnings, and recommendations for future initiatives.
Qualifications
Experience
- 3-5+ years of experience in programmatic advertising or ABM, with a minimum of 2 years in a client-facing role.
- Hands-on experience managing campaigns across DSPs (e.g., DV360, The Trade Desk, StackAdapt, etc.) and familiarity with ABM platforms (e.g., Demandbase, 6sense, Terminus).

- Proficient in campaign setup, monitoring, and optimization for programmatic and ABM platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data sets into actionable insights.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience presenting to clients and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
