As the Senior Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for externally positioning Ledger Bennett as the only B2B Agency that can truly support modern revenue generation functions in global enterprises. In this position, you will design and execute our GTM with the EVP Client Services and wider leadership team and will own the target for global lead generation and brand awareness. This is a new position that will report directly to the EVP Client Services.

You’ll need to be creative and employ critical thinking to bring teams together across the agency, solving unique problems for clients.

The main objective of this role is to grow the pipeline of qualified leads that are generated for the Agency, through demand generation activity and brand building. Our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) is B2B Enterprise level organizations, with a presence in the US.

This is not a “back-office” role, it involves getting involved in client communications and network building to help support the Agency’s growth pipeline.


Lead and execute marketing campaigns and events for our Agency:

  • Working with the Leadership Team, ensure GTM strategies for our proposition generates the leads required to fill our pipeline in line with our Business Development Strategy
  • Build a database of clients and prospects and nurture relationships through the sharing of content and resources to keep Ledger Bennett top of mind
  • Work with the internal web team to ensure the website is up to date and is conversion optimized

Building our brand:

  • Build our brand presence to attract organisations within our ICP that convert to long-term clients through events/sponsorships, award submissions, PR opportunities, digital media planning and network building
  • Expand our brand presence in new territories in line with our Business Development Strategy


Essential skills:

  • 5+ years in a B2B marketing role involving Brand and Demand Generation activity
  • Passion and strength in the area of building and maintaining a network
  • Proven experience in creative thinking/briefing, working with Strategists and Creative teams to oversee the creation of strong messaging and content strategies
  • Strong commercial acumen to manage the Agency’s marketing budget
  • Initiative and determination to see a project through from start to finish
  • Excellent stakeholder management, networking and internal communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
